Steps for Booking:
1. Dial *131*1# from your mobile
2. Type Journey Date by pressing Answer button and then press Send. (if your journey date is 15 March type 15, if it is 05 March type 05)
3. Type the number beside your preferred Start Station by pressing Answer button and then press Send.
4. Type first 3 characters of your Destination Station. You will be presented with a list of stations. Type the number beside your preferred destination station by pressing Answer button and then press Send.
5. Select your train (type the number beside your preferred Intercity Train by pressing Answer button and then press Send.)
6. Select your Ticket Class (type the number beside your preferred Train Ticket Class by pressing Answer button and then press Send.)
7. Select Ticket Option as per your need (type the number beside your preferred ticket option combination)
8. Press ‘1’ to confirm Booking (Press ‘2’ to reject)
9. You will receive a SMS with the Booking Code and necessary amount in BDT
Steps After Booking:
10. Get necessary refill in your ‘Mobitaka’ Charge within 30 minutes of Booking from any Grameenphone Center or any BillPay marked outlet.
11. Dial *131*2# from your mobile
12. Type the Booking Code you received in previous SMS
13. Insert your PIN number
14. Press ‘0’ to confirm
15. You will receive an E-Ticket number in SMS. Save the E-Ticket number sent to you which you will have to show at selected ‘Mobitaka’ branded booth at railway station to collect paper-based ticket. Please collect your paper-based ticket at least 1 hour before the departure of train.
